At our studio, fitness is more than just a workout—it’s about building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle in a supportive, private space tailor-made for your needs. We specialise in a sustainable approach to weight loss that does not include calorie counting! Our focus is on guiding you away from the sugar and low-calorie cycle that’s often promoted in the fitness industry, replacing it with balanced habits you can maintain for life.

We offer semi-private personal training sessions with groups of up to four people, creating a community where everyone is on the same journey and keeps each other motivated every step of the way. Here, you’ll find a friendly, uplifting environment, led by myself and my partner, Molly, who are dedicated to helping you achieve lasting results in both fitness and health.

If you’re looking to kick-start a lasting transformation in your health and fitness, our 4-week programme is designed for you. This exclusive Thrive offering provides the guidance and support you need to reach your fitness goals and develop sustainable lifestyle habits that truly last. Over the course of these four weeks, you’ll take powerful first steps toward reshaping your habits and beliefs, supported by a team committed to your success.

In addition to tailored nutrition support, you’ll enjoy personalised exercise sessions in our welcoming personal training environment. Here, you’ll be surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals, all striving for similar goals. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to refocus your efforts, our 4-week programme offers the inspiration and tools you need to build the foundations of a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.

UNLIMITED SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Our Semi-Private Training (SGPT) sessions are now UNLIMITED! This means you can book as many PT sessions as you want throughout the month, giving you the flexibility to train at your own pace.

While you can still stick to twice-a-week sessions if that works best for you, we believe that having the option to train more frequently will help you achieve even better results. With no restrictions on the number of sessions, you can fully tailor your training schedule to fit your goals and lifestyle.

What’s Included?

  • Our initial 1-1 & nutrition consultation provides personalised guidance to kickstart your fitness journey, combining expert training advice with tailored nutrition strategies.

    In your initial 1-1 session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and work closely with your trainer. This session allows your trainer to understand your current fitness level and what you aim to achieve, setting the foundation for a customised plan that aligns with your needs.

  • Our unlimited sessions allow you to book as many training sessions as you want throughout the month, giving you the flexibility to train as often as you like with personalised guidance in a small group setting of up to 4 people.

  • Enjoy unlimited gym access and fitness classes, including Thrive Circuits, Thrive Spin, Yoga, and Stretch & Flexibility sessions. This all-access pass lets you work out whenever you want and participate in any of our diverse classes to enhance your fitness routine.

  • Includes access to our in-house nutritionist, Callum Walker, regular nutrition check-ins to keep you on track, and monthly webinars to deepen your understanding of healthy eating. This support ensures you stay accountable and informed on your nutrition journey.

  • Gain access to our exclusive Members Only Area, where you’ll find a comprehensive Nutrition and Fitness Hub.

    This includes recipe books, food guides, nutrition webinars, and a variety of workouts to follow—whether you’re at home or in the gym—ranging from stretch routines to strength training and cardio.

  • Join our community and connect with others through member events like community walks, and stay engaged in our private Facebook group for ongoing support and motivation.

Our classes are designed to inspire and challenge you. With our flexible payment options, including pay-as-you-go and convenient class packages, getting fit has never been easier.

We’re excited to announce that we have opened up additional gym memberships! Whether you already utilise our services or are new to our community, we invite you to join us and take advantage of our fully-equipped, friendly facility.

We offer two types of memberships to suit your fitness needs:
