Thrive has been open for just over a year, but our journey started long before that. With over three years of experience in the fitness industry, we’ve spent that time building a strong, supportive community that continues to grow.

Our members range from 16 to 83 years old, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home — no matter their age or ability.

Thrive is led by myself and my partner, Molly. Together, we’ve created a space just outside of Tattenhall that focuses on genuine, lasting results in both fitness and health. Whether you’re looking for gym access, fitness classes, or personal training, we’re here to help you feel good and stay consistent in a way that works for you.

Our gym-only membership gives you full access to everything you need for a perfect workout!

What’s included:

  • A wide range of cardio and weight machines

  • Fully equipped free weights area

  • Access to functional training equipment and more

  • Use of the gym from 6am every day, including weekends

  • A friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere where all levels are welcome

All of this for just £35 per month. Upfront payment options also available if you prefer to pay in advance.

Small group & 1 to 1 TRAINING

At Thrive we offer personalised small group and 1-to-1 training programmes in a private relaxed setting designed to make you feel comfortable and supported. Our community is made up of people with similar goals, creating an encouraging and unintimidating environment where you can thrive.

Whether you’re looking for tailored one-on-one sessions or the community of a small group, our approach is all about empowering you to reach your potential at your own pace.

What’s Included?

  • Our initial 1-1 & nutrition consultation provides personalised guidance to kickstart your fitness journey, combining expert training advice with tailored nutrition strategies.

    In your initial 1-1 session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and work closely with your trainer. This session allows your trainer to understand your current fitness level and what you aim to achieve, setting the foundation for a customised plan that aligns with your needs.

  • Our sessions give you the flexibility to train twice a week with personalised guidance in a small group setting of up to 4 people.

  • Enjoy unlimited gym access and fitness classes, including Thrive Bootcamp, Thrive Cycle, Yoga, Pilates and Stretch & Flexibility sessions. This all-access pass lets you work out whenever you want and participate in any of our diverse classes to enhance your fitness routine.

  • Includes access to our in-house nutritionist, Callum Walker, regular nutrition check-ins to keep you on track, and monthly webinars to deepen your understanding of healthy eating. This support ensures you stay accountable and informed on your nutrition journey.

  • Gain access to our exclusive Members Only Area, where you’ll find a comprehensive Nutrition and Fitness Hub.

    This includes recipe books, food guides, nutrition webinars, and a variety of workouts to follow—whether you’re at home or in the gym—ranging from stretch routines to strength training and cardio.

  • Join our community and connect with others through member events like community walks, and stay engaged in our private Facebook group for ongoing support and motivation.

Our classes are designed to inspire and challenge you. With our flexible payment options including PAYG and our monthly class membership, getting fitter has never been easier.
